HE Eng. Khalil bin Ibrahim bin Salamah was appointed as the Vice Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources for Industrial Affairs by Royal Decree on December 12, 2023. He is recognized as one of the leading national figures in the Saudi industrial sector, bringing over 30 years of professional experience in industry and chemicals. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
