Innovative Factories Grants Initiative
Industrial SectorThe Innovative Factories Grants Initiative aims to foster research, development, and innovation in the industrial sector, and to promote and support joint research projects between national factories and R&D and innovation centers. This initiative seeks to enhance the competitiveness of national industry by providing financial grants for high-quality research projects in promising sectors within the National Industrial Strategy. The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources leads the initiative's implementation, in cooperation with the Research, Development, and Innovation Development Authority, thereby stimulating applied projects and strengthening integration between the industrial sector and the R&D and innovation ecosystem. The initiative targets applied research projects in the development phase that have progressed beyond basic research and have reached the technical readiness level (TRL4 or higher).
