Development of Mechanisms, Standards and Procedures of Custom Exemption for the Industrial Sector Initiative

Encouraging local industry by developing, and automating the current exemption mechanisms, controls and procedures within the digital services platform for the industrial sector in the ministry to include letters of amendment to decisions issued to factories and feedback from the General Authority of Customs for all details of factory requests that were issued an exemption decision+., which were implemented by them. In addition to identifying the locally manufactured materials and providing quarterly statistics for the exempted raw materials, machines and spare parts, as well as the total financial value to contribute to encouraging the local industry.
