Designing and implementing an integrated program to boost the competitiveness of vital economic sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, and logistics, as well as stimulating promising strategic industries targeted by Saudi Arabia to enable local industries for consumption and high-efficiency products through developing an implementation plan for support facilities of the targeted economic sector program. To provide financial solutions (loan support and lending) to factories and facilities to improve their operational efficiency and develop alternative operational solutions, such as shifting from consuming liquid fuels to more efficient fuels to reduce the effects of the price adjustment of energy and water products. To increase the efficiency of the workforce and operating efficiency to maintain the sustainability of facilities and competitiveness of the targeted economic sectors.
