Saudi Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources signs MoUs Strengthening Industrial Development and Human Capability Growth
The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources announced the signing of two major memoranda of understanding aimed at advancing industrial competitiveness and empowering national talent in the industrial sector during the 21st United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) General Conference, hosted in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In the presence of the Assistant Minister of Planning and Development Dr.Abdullah Alahmari, the Ministry represented by its Human Capability Development Deputyship, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Saudi Economic Association to support joint research, strengthen economic analysis, and expand national talent development initiatives. The Ministry also signed a memorandum of understanding with the Women’s Leadership Center to expand leadership pathways for women and increase access to professional development within the industrial and mineral sectors. The initiative supports the Kingdom’s goals of building an inclusive and competitive workforce and reflects ongoing efforts to develop human capabilities across all segments of society.
The two memoranda of understanding come as part of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources’ commitment to developing human capabilities and expanding women’s participation across various industrial sectors and activities, in support of the Kingdom’s national objectives.
