This service allows users to apply for an industrial site allocation request if the targeted entity is the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) or the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu. If another entity is selected, the user can disclose the industrial site information at this step to ensure the requirements for license upgrade are met.
This service allows industrial investors to request a permit for importing restricted chemicals required for production within industrial facilities. The request is evaluated by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources in coordination with relevant authorities, in accordance with the updated executive regulations of the Chemical Import and Management System, based on Ministerial Decision No. 4503 dated 09/06/1438 H.
Grants customs duty exemptions for industrial inputs used in export-targeted products, based on the factory's export performance over the past 12 months, in accordance with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources' industrial capabilities list.
