This service allows the holder of a license (exploration or exploitation) to transfer their license to another eligible investor. This process is overseen by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources to ensure compliance with legal, financial, and technical standards.
The License Relinquishment Service enables an investor to relinquish all or part of a licensed area, along with the rights and obligations associated with conducting mining activities. This requires submitting an application and providing the reasons for the relinquishment. The purpose of this service is to allow investors to relinquish their mining license, in whole or in part, for any reason that requires them to discontinue their mining operations.
The Periodic Reports Service for Exploration Licenses and Exploitation Licenses provides a structured process for submitting scheduled reports for each license to monitor and evaluate its performance. These reports include updates on mining activities carried out during the reporting period, as well as any changes to future plans. They are used as a regulatory tool to monitor operations and verify compliance with environmental and social requirements, as well as the Mining Investment Law and its Implementing Regulations.
This service allows license holders to export minerals and ores for commercial purposes, ensuring compliance with regulations and technical standards. Non-license holders can also apply for export if they meet specific conditions.
