The Industrial Council Initiative

Achieving the interactive and continuous participation on policies, programs and strategies related to the development of the industrial sector, and joining the private sector within work teams composed of the two sectors to achieve the possibilities of the industrial sector continuously and addressing them at the level of procedures and policies. Through the adoption of the updated industrial council establishment agreement, development of its strategy, and establishment of the council's secretariat office to ensure business sustainability. The industrial council will address the gap in joining the private sector in industrial development, including the visions of private sector on strategies, priorities and policies related to the industrial sector. Also, setting frameworks and mechanisms to include and following up on the challenges faced by the industrial sector and joint work to find operational solutions and enabling cooperation between government and private sectors to exploit opportunities that will enhance the pace of industrial development.
